| Pyramid | Introduction

Pyramid is the globally available Belkin Support Tool that offers detailed Product Information at all levels, with the primary focus on Support related items.

As the program is web-based it can be accessed from virtually anywhere via any Internet capable location and is not dependent on access to any Internal Network.

Access is controlled via a Username and Password based login which gives access to a User-Friendly and intuitive Information Tool.

By selecting ‘Knowledge Base Articles’ and typing free text you can search for possible Known Issues with Products.

The General Section essentially contains the same type of content as can be found on the Belkin Website with possible improvements to accuracy and relevance. It is designed to give a Superficial Overview of the Product in question.



The Documents Section contains as many Documents as we are aware of and in as many languages as we cover. These Documents are generally in PDF format so can be zoomed and even sent on to people via the E-Mail link.



The Images Section is where we have various views of the Product covering every angle relevant to the support and understanding of that Product. All of the images are Hi-Resolution and zoomable so real detail can be seen regarding Ports and Connectors for example.



The Related Products Section is where we list all Products that have a relationship in some way, shape or form with the one being currently viewed. The Relationship is normally determined by Product Type or Product Family. Useful when link-selling, recommending or replacing.



The Technical Data Section lists all known Technical Details regarding the Product in question. These are details found on Packaging and in Manuals, as well as snippets of Information that we have gleaned through feedback and in-house testing.



The Knowledge Base Section has Articles detailing any known issues and how to resolve them where applicable. This Page is also used to clarify certain aspects of the Technology and what it is designed to do. Some Knowledge Base Articles contain links to other information or Images.



The Interfaces Section contains any available fully-functional Virtual recreations of Software, Firmware and Web-Based User Interfaces. These allow you to put yourself in the same position as the End-User for simulating scenarios or demonstrating features and benefits.



The Extra Info Section allows us to convey any further Information regarding either the Product, its usage or the background Technology. We have found that this can help build a better picture of the Product and how it works in the absence of formal training.
