FACTORYPXF Lighting production plant is a 22 000 m2 hall equipped with a machinery for metal treatment, paint shop, injection molding wiring robots, SMD machines etc. Whole process is compliant with EN ISO 9001:2008 standards. Year 2014 is marked by further expansion and automation of production using the latest ava-ilable technologies. The aim is to build even more efficient and more aesthetic luminaries with energy saving LED light sources.

ResearchOne of the branches of activity which we find particularly impor-tant is a thorough examination of designed luminaires and contri-bution into their continuous deve-lopment as well as design of new luminaires. Even in a lumina-ire that can be found great both in design and efficiency we can find details that we can improve so athe very end they will be even better.

In combination with LED techno-logy one of the branches of the subjects in lighting has become much simpler: lighting control. Lighting Design Department is a team of experts specialized in lighting technique. Basing on investor’s plans and guidelines they prepare a comprehensive lighting design of the building, taking into account the applica-ble standards and regulations reaching to such investments.We provide services of both interior and exterior lighting designs made in DIALux and Relux programs. We design emergency and evacuation lighting systems and we can make projects of complete BMS (Building Management System) systems to manage heating, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and other facilities.

For production of LED luminaires, PXF lighting uses light sources from very narrow range of chromaticity. It is a process of binning and grouping LED light sources, according to specific set of parameters. Most common parameters are: brightness, color, color rendering index and voltage, which guarantees the highest quality of sources in the luminaire.

Basing on chromaticity diagram you can find a position of the group and its characteristic. Proximity of black-body radiation curve provides better representation of the spec-trum of white color.

Human eye can detect very subtle changes in light of white color. Sensitivity of the eye may have a significant impact on the use of LEDs. For example color temperature in LED flashlights is not the most important parameter but in office and architectural lighting consistency of emitted color from many light sources (diodes) is extremely important. In the single luminaire there can be several, several dozen or even hundreds of diodes installed into separate modu-les. Inappropriate selection of light sources will case users discomfort. It may occur in both one luminaire or among production series. Luminaires installed in one space will be different in both amount of light emit-ted and its color which will have a negative impact on room appearance. Wanting to avoid the described differences manufactu-rers offer binned (or selected) diodes series.

PXF Lighting as a luminaires producer uses high quality LED of renowned producers. To ensure the highest standards of lighting we use only selected bin LED.

PXF Lighting company’s offer is characte-rized by continuous development of LED sources parameters and hence luminaires. LED light sources achieve efficiency factor on level 157 lm/W. Lighting effectiveness of the luminaires is increased to 130 lm/W which provides higher energy saving.

By using PXF Lighting products it is possible to decrease power consumption, in compa-rison to standard solutions even by 70%.

In its products, PXF lighting uses modern, dissipative, optical diffusers, which provide high luminous evenness on whole lighting surface and increase in luminaire efficiency in comparison to traditional milk diffusers.

Thanks to the usage of high quality compo-nents, flicker factor of LED PF is smaller than 3%. High values of this factor have negative effects on observer’s eye.

Luminaires power system have additional anti overload, anti short circuit and thermal protection. Power supply is provided with correlation system of power factor – PFC, obtaining value over cos ϕ 0,95.

INNOVATIVE OPTICAL SYSTEM

Luminaire uses LED technology in a created by PXF lighting modules with LED louvers. This solution embraces advantages of LED sources with louver constructions on traditional light sources. This way, amazing luminaire effecti-veness on 116 lm/W level and high level of re-duction glare rate of the luminaires was gained.

Luminaire body is made of high quality aluminum profile. In standard version it is painted grey. There is a possibility of painting it in any color from RAL palette. Aesthetic and modern shape allows to use luminaires in representative places, which emphasize their unique appearance.

EFFICIENT LED LIGHT SOURCES

On PCB boards, LED light sources from reputable manufactures are mounted. They are characterized by their high lighting effi-ciency, color rendering factor CRI > 80 and durability to 50 000 hours. Power system is conducted via high-class AC which ma-kes connection to 230 V network possible.
