Background

• About 2.5 years ago, we decided to implement PX-web• Our own program to create PX-files• 23rd of September 2013 we launched http://statistik.konj.se• At present we publish 9 px-files every month• Every third month an aditional 11 px-files are published• Publication is time controlled

General Workflow

• Collect surveys on paper and web• Use paradox to calculate weighted answers• Use Aremos/Eviews to:–Do seasonal adjustment–Create tables and diagrams for both web and paper book–Create pdfs of some tables and sets of diagrams for web–Create PX-files–Create powerpoint file for press conference

Workflow PX-Web

• Settings file in Excel• Statisical program exports to text files.• Our program reads from the Excel file and the text files.• PX-files are copied to a local PX-server that creates the XML file• Copy PX-files and XML day before publishing• At the time of publishing, the files are synced to the right place
