Temprary policy for Work-From-Home (WFH):

1. Number of employees WFH ~ 50 – 70%

2. Give the priority for the following employees: § Ageing employees: Felman over 50 and Man

over 55; § Employees had chilren under 6 ys or needed

special care;§ Employees had chronic diseases, cancer

treament ...

3. Employees work at the office may be divided in two team and the work-shift is a week. It depend on the work and decided by Manger of the Division.
