Powerful delivery, strong on site

Putzmeister offers a wide range of truck-mounted concrete pumps world-wide: there’s one for every kind of application, with booms from 16 to 63 m vertical reach. Output up to 200 m3/h and concrete pressures up to130 bar possible.

Whether underground or high-rise, at small sites or on large projects –with their powerful delivery, Putzmeister truck-mounted concrete pumpsare the preferred option on construction sites throughout the world. Theyare „the one“ under the most extreme conditions, and often over a decadeof use. It’s no wonder, then, that our truck-mounted concrete pumps areoften compared to elephants, incorporating strength, sturdiness, man-oeuvrability and endurance.

Placing efficiency increased through technical innovation

Mechydronic is the term for the ultimate combination of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems. Putzmeister’s years of experience inthese areas have enabled to us to develop the innovative Ergonic® BoomControl (EBC), a computer-based system for controlling booms. Thepump operator has an easier job and can service the construction sitemore effectively. Boom arms are moved using an infinitely variable, remo-te-control joystick. The boom and end hose move smoothly, thanks toEBC. This is a decided advantage for high output.

EBC means more all-round comfort, safety and cost-savings because ofthe high productivity of the concrete pump. All in all, it’s an innovationfrom Putzmeister that sets industry standards. What more could you wanton a construction site?

Following on from EBC, there are further Ergonic® modules that facilitateday-to-day work on the concrete pump and make its operation more efficient. EOC, for example – the Ergonic® Output Control maintains theengine's speed of rotation at an efficient rate. Or EPS – Ergonic® PumpSystem undertakes the control of the concrete pump and ensures anoptimised pumping process.

PUMI® truck mixer concrete pumps

The Original

The PUMI® pump and mixer has long been a part of the truck mixer fleetof a service-orientated supplier of ready-mixed concrete. It has revolution-ised work on small and narrow construction sites throughout Germanysince 1976.

The PUMI® is an especially economical solution where large truck-moun-ted concrete pumps would be too expensive or lack manoeuvrability, andtruck mixers are unable to reach with a conveyor belt. The new PUMI®soffer features which increase their flexibility enormously: greater horizon-tal reach with reduced space requirements, improved delivery lines forlower wear, plus continually improving booms for greater efficiency, easieroperation and a wider range of applications.

The PUMI® comes with booms with a 16 to 31 m vertical reach and twopumping systems (rotor or piston) with outputs up to 60 m3/h.

Unique to Putzmeister – the economical rotarypump: smooth, quiet and leaves behind hardly anyresidual concrete

Telebelt® –the mobile telescopic belt conveyor

Feed and distribute the pour quickly and economically

On modern construction sites, it is increasingly important for a variety ofdifferent, not necessarily pumpable, materials to be supplied economicallyand easily – preferably using the same equipment.

This is where the Telebelt® comes into its own. It offers a new and econ-omical solution for supplying and distributing materials of all kinds, including gravel, sand, substrate, soil and all kinds of concrete. Its range of application is huge: landscaping and agriculture, low build-ings, embankments, tanks and pipelines, railway lines, and much more.

If the material placement site is closed to traffic or difficult to reach, theTelebelt® is your first choice. With a telescopic conveyor belt reaching upto 39 m and 275 m3/h delivery output, it is often the only economical option.

Who can transport one million buckets of concrete to the 55th floor?

600 metres up? Or two kilometres away? It doesn’t really matter – our stat-ionary concrete pumps and booms bring the concrete to wherever it’sneeded. And they continue to set records for height and reach.

We have a wide range of pump varieties: from compacttrailer concrete pumps with S transfer tubes used forconcrete spattering or to make work on small con-struction sites more efficient, to the high-perform-ance 14000 HP-D compact trailer concrete pump withS transfer tube with an output of 200 m3/h and concrete pressures up to 260 bar.

Additional horsepower and sound advice are available for large pro-jects, if needed. Everything to make machines, concrete distributors, accessories and service a comprehensive and cost effectivesolution.

Research & Development

We never stop thinking. On principle.

Research to us means looking beyond the boundaries. Skywash is a goodexample. Mobile aircraft washing robots contain a lot of know-how deriv-ed from concrete spraying booms and are, in turn, technology carriers for new applications.

Putzmeister’s Data Information System (Daisy) fleet-management softwarecollects operating data, issues quotations, prepares invoices and monitorsmachinery inspection intervals.

The Ergonic® remote control is the central interface between the concretepump operator and the machine. Two proportional joysticks control sixdirections of boom movement without the operator having to interveneonce. Tangible innovation!
