1. INTRODUCTION

The roots of PURUS Hi Tech. F.Z.C (PURUS) organization date back to 2005. Today, the company boasts a combined technical expertise of 30 plus years in the fields of state of the art wireless Home Automation Systems (OLA Controls, Czech), cutting edge technology based Room Management Systems (OLA Controls, Czech), and Building Management Systems (Cylon, Ireland) , Fire Suppressions System ( SiEx, Spain) and the company is expanding its role from MENA to Central and South Asia.

Other than Control and Automation the Company has a glimpse of Gulf and is manufacturer of UL listed Pipe Support Systems (Brand name: NTEICO) and also producing best solution for LV Panel Systems as well.

Our Technical and Design teams have been trained at top tier institutes and have customer services and satisfaction embedded as a core value.

Purus Hi Tech with its Head Office in Dubai, UAE, was started with a singular vision: to create a business of Control and Automation solution where the customer comes first. We’ve strived every day to meet this vision, and to build our team with this mantra always in mind. Looking back, we have built a business that has deep and lasting customer relationships, with the type of trust that can only come over time. We are providing one of the best Czech Republic based Home Automation Systems, Room Management Systems from OLA Controls s. r. o. and we are providing top level solution of BMS through Ireland’s Cylon Controls. As a must need of modern day construction we are UL listed manufacturer of Piping Support Systems NTEICO and a leading manufacturer of LV panel Systems in the region.

Today we are a thriving team of professionals ranging from design, execution, and sales and marketing, to technologists’ .We are very selective when adding to our team, to ensure that we don’t lose track of the purpose we started with. Our customers depend on us today for a range of services, including but not limited to Home Automation Systems, RMS/GRMS and BMS controls, but also Pipe supports and LV Panels. 4. QUALITY

Quality Policy

“To achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing a high standard of services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its clients. This level of quality is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to existing customers, and potential customers.”

Achievement of this policy involves all staff, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all.

This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the Managing Director or the Business Administrator to achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Managing Director retains responsibility for the Quality System with routine operation.

The objectives of the Quality Assurance System are:

a) To maintain an effective Quality Assurance System complying with the standards and requirements of Government Authorities like DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, ADWEA, SEC, and Civil Defense Departments.

b) To achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances the Company's reputation with customers.

c) To ensure compliance with relevant statutory and safety requirements.

d) To endeavor, at all times, to maximize customer satisfaction with the work that entrusted to us

Quality Assurance Policy:

Purus Hi Tech Quality Assurance Policy and Procedures have been building to cover up all of the company Framework as it Clearfield later on in this section. Thus, the Quality Assurance Policy and Procedures establishes the principles and mechanisms for ensuring the objectivity, utility, accuracy and integrity of our company departments or sections.

Hiring Quality Assurance:

Creating Recruitment Policies is the first step. Companies who develop common-sense recruitment policies are the most effective at identifying, attracting and retaining quality employees. We believe that Hiring good employees is not only important to business, it is essential. Employees are the heart and soul of a business; they are the mechanism that makes a business run; they are the breath of life that enables a business to be something more than an idea. A business cannot run unless someone (employees, in this case) is doing the work.

Any intelligent business owner should seek good employees.

And emerging from this point we are hiring the best people whether in Engineering Department, or administration Department, etc. Based on our Qualification requirements include education, training, skills and experience as appropriate. Treating Staff As organizations begin to recognize the importance of effective recruitment to the bottom line, and the need for clear and concise policies that outline how staff are treated become paramount. High orientation, recruitment and turnover costs can be avoided if all staff are treated equitably and train them to work in a harmony team.

Training Sta�:

We agreed that staff training is important because it helps to create a more skilled working environment, improving all aspects of a company. So, usually we make training for all the new staff explaining to them the policy of the company as well as giving them safety course to keep them and the work place safe. The policy of the company is to ensure that all personnel are trained and experienced to the extent necessary to undertake their assigned activities and responsibilities effectively. The company generally procures and recruits employees capable of meeting the technical, skill, experience and educational requirements of the company's activities. The Director with all senior employees are responsible for recommending the training needs of others, and for ensuring that all employees allocated specific tasks are suitably qualified and experienced to execute those tasks. Once training needs are identified these are provided under the responsibility of the Directors whether it.

Contract Quality Appraisal:

Contract review is an evaluation of client's instructions, requirements, standards and other contract documents on two distinct occasions. The first occasion is at the time of a potential client's invitation to Company to quote for a project or task (enquiry evaluation). The second occasion is after award of a contract to Company (contract evaluation). All contraction documents or package are reviewed with the assistance of appropriate procedures and guides by:

• The legal department • The purchasing department • The finance and accounting department • Valuation covers but is not limited to: • Contract terms • Specifications/design criteria • Technical and financial aspects • Special quality assurance, inspection and safety requirements • Risk evaluation • Manpower loading • Schedule

After reviewing all these section, if the client's requirements are unclear or ambiguous we immediately request a clarified from the client in writing.

Project Management Quality:

To provide vision to the project control in respect of Total quality achievement, Procurement of materials and work execution and related activity

DISTRIBUTION LIST OF PROJECT QUALITY PLAN:

The Project Quality Plan is a controlled working document applicable to specific projects, describing the practical application of the Quality Assurance Policy and Objectives.

The distribution list of the project quality plan is as follows.

• Consultant • Client • Project Manager (Main Contractor & Subcontractor) • Documentation Record.

METHOD OF REVISION OF PROJECT QUALITY PLAN:

First of all, we visit the site of the proposed works and obtain all information as to existing conditions and limitations and all proposed works on adjacent sites and in adjacent areas which might affect the works on this site, whether by Private Individuals or by Government Authorities or others.

Examine the documents including the Specifications and Drawings of all other Divisions before bidding and again before commencing any portion of the works.

Neither the Owner nor the Consultant will be responsible for any claim for extra work or expense resulting from the failure of the Contractor to be fully aware of site condition.

TIME PROGRAMME FOR COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT:

Purus has a certain technique in project time estimating to get the work done at the project duration. In fact, our model includes three time estimation based on our experiences and knowledge about the project. That’s after meeting with responsible staff at the company.

Optimistic Time: generally the shortest time in which the activity can be completed based on our expectation at the best level.

Most Likely Time: The completion time having the highest probability.

Pessimistic Time: The longest time that the project might take.

The expected time can be approximated using the following formula Expected time= Optimistic + 4x Most likely + Pessimistic / 6 Making adjustment in the project evaluation and review chart as the project unfolds, the estimated times can be replaced with actual times. In cases where there is a potential delay, additional resources have to be in schedule and the project evaluation and review chart may be modified to reflect the new situation.

MANPOWER PREPARATION

Manpower preparation planning is the process of determining manpower requirements and the means for meeting those requirements in order to carry out the integrated plan of the project execution.
