Payment of project subsidies to organisations + artists

— Advance of 90%— Balance of 10%: The latter is paid after receipt and inspection (and if

necessary discussion) of a work report that is to be submitted:

– after the realisation of the plans in the application

– at the latest 15 months after the official granting of the subsidy

– at the latest by 15 October of the following year

Contributions to travel, accommodation and transport expensesThe following maximum amounts apply to contributions to travel, accommodation and transport expenses: —2,500 euro for individual artists and experts

—5,000 euro for cultural organisations (- 300,000 euro)

—7,000 euro for cultural organisations that do not receive subsidies covering several years

— The value to the artist’s own development of participation in an activity abroad

— The quality of the activity abroad

— The value of the participation of a foreign guest in an artistic activity in Flanders

— grounds for the application, with a concrete plan — a curriculum vitae— information on the location — a budget

Deadline for applications: at least two months before the start of the activity, unless a good reason is given for an exception
