Jenny’s Salon Deposit Policy: Jenny’s Salon requires a deposit before any appointments can be booked. The deposit consists of the bride’s hair paid in full, $50.00 per bridal party member receiving services and the room rental fee paid in full (if you choose to rent the bridal party room). We will give a full refund or recommend another stylist, if you are not satisfied with our services. If you are brining in your own makeup artist, we do charge a $100.00 per chair rental fee.

Jenny’s Salon Cancellation Policy: You have seven days before your wedding to cancel or to add additional guests to your bridal party. After those seven days expire, you will not receive a refund or be eligible to add additional appointments. After the 72-hour mark, no changes will be permitted.

Quick Tips

- Book trial 4-6 weeks in advance - Weekday appointments for trials are preferred - Arrive with clean dry hair - Arrive on time - Bring any hair accessories (extensions, veil, hair pieces, ect)

Frequently asked questions:

-Does Jenny’s Salon have a make up artist? No. (We do strongly encourage our brides to use Make UP by Melissa Franklin, who’s studio is conveniently located in the same building.)

-Can my makeup artist come to Jenny’s Salon? Yes. However, we have a chair rental fee for $100.00.

-How long is my trial? Trials are an hour long. (Please bring inspiration pictures)

-Will the stylist that does my trial, be the same stylist on the day of my wedding? Yes!

-What should I expect from my trial? Since you have an hour for your trial, the stylist will have the opportunity to create a plan for your desired style, execute desired style and take notes of any changes to be made on the day of the wedding.

-Can we bring food and or drinks on the day of my wedding? Yes! A girls gotta eat!
