At the end of the Greenway in Leesburg, take Exit 1A on the left to merge onto the Route 15 South/Route 7 West Bypass. Proceed 89⁄10 miles west on Route 7 and exit at Route 287 (Purcellville/Lovettsville). Turn left at the traffic light onto Route 287, Berlin Turnpike, and proceed 6⁄10 mile and turn right onto East Main Street (Business Route 7). Continue 13⁄10 miles and turn right onto North 23rd Street. Continue 1⁄10 mile and keep left at the intersection with North 21st Street. Proceed 2 ⁄10 mile to the model homes and sales center on the left.

From Route 7 / Harry Byrd Highway: Follow Route 7 to exit at Route 287 (Purcellville/Lovettsville). Turn left at the traffic light onto Route 287, Berlin Turnpike, and proceed 6⁄10 mile and turn right onto East Main Street (Business Route 7). Continue 13⁄10 miles and turn right onto North 23rd Street. Continue 1⁄10 mile and keep left at the intersection with North 21st Street.
