In some circumstances staff must wear a mask or face-covering. Pupils should not be alarmed if they see this. A member of staff wearing a mask does not mean there is an infectious person in school.

• Action will be taken if anyone makes inappropriate comments towards another pupil or staff member who chooses to wear a face covering.
