    Fresh Coriander leaves cho**ed a few

    Instructions:

    Wash and soak 0amah in *lenty of water forabout >81? hours4overnight@ $he ne-t morningdrain the water wash thoroughly again to startcooking@

    the cooked ramah@ .i- well let it come to aboil and simmer for 1286? minutes Check forconsistency of the gravy you want shouldntbe too thin or too thick since this has to beeaten with rice@ Add garam masala *owderdesi ghee fresh coriander leaves and switchoff the gas@ &erve hot with steamed rice andraw onions@$y*ically onions *eeled for serving8ust smashed but white *lates deservedremoving the *eel...I couldnt resist thesmashing!! :-)

    Option Two#eat oil in a *ressure cooker and add clovescinnamon stick black cardamom and bayleaf@

    When fragrant add onions and fry light golden@Add the garlic *aste and fry for about 789?seconds@ Add tomatoes and ginger *aste mi-@Followed by coriander *owder red chilli*owder kashmiri red chilli *owdercumin seeds*owder cinnamon *owder turmeric *owdernutmeg and salt@ &tir for a cou*le of minutesand add the drained ramah@ &aute again for acou*le of minutes and add about B cu*s ofwater@ 'ressure cook till done@ +ncover andmash some of the ramah with the back of thes*oon@ Add garam masala *owder desi ghee

    fresh coriander leaves and switch off the gas@&erve hot with steamed rice@

    Note: &ometime ramah have a slight bitter

    aftertaste do a taste check once it isalmost ready and add abt half ts* of sugar@

    If you forget to soak them overnight orthere is a sudden craving E soak them forabout an hour wash add water and in themicrowave for 1?812 minutes O0 after thesoaking washing *ressure cook with a icecubes added@ About a tray full of ice cubes@
