    Improvement in access, quality and governance of

    government and district governments for improved

    education service delivery

    Restructuring and capacity building of the education

    Management Structure at both the provincial and

    Education made free up to class 10

    Provision of Rs. 5 Billion (each year) to all districts

    for bridging missing infrastructure in 63000 schools.

    Free Textbooks to all students of Government

    Schools up to Class 8

    Stipends to girl students at elementary level in low

    literacy districts.

    Higher qualified teachers being recruited on facility

    based contracts. (29,000 teachers recruited)
