FloBoy Pumping system

This station is for residential, commercial, athletic turf and small golf course irrigation applications. It’s designed for ease of installation and maintenance.

FloBoy is a self-contained, one pump system that can be purchased with City Water Boost or Suction Lift configurations. The pump and controls are housed in a steel box with a lockable, lift-up door. The micro processor panel has low pressure and high pump temperature safeties. The panel starts the pump on a pressure drop and stops it on flow. The steel box also houses the pump starter and overloads for the motor. On the outside of the box is a fused main disconnect switch with fusing and lightning arrestor for the pump motor.

Irrigation rust stain prevention, for irrigation only.

1. If there is no pressure tank, the metering pump may be connected to the pump start relay for the well pump so that the well pump and the metering pump turn on simultaneously. 2. If there is a pressure tank, the metering pump must be connected to the controller unit for the irrigation system. This can be done using the pump start circuit in the controller unity or by installing a separtate pump start relay and connecting that relay to the controller unit. 3. Plumbing code typically requires a backflow device. The metering pump injection point should be pointed downstream of the backflow device and upstream on the first zone (after the backflow device and before the first zone).
