The LaunchWe successfully managed the coordination, planning and logistics of the pre-event conferences held in various hotels across Dubai. In addition, the two-way transportation was arranged for 200 students from 8 top universities across the UAE as well as the supervision of the three-week-long conferences where the leading students were filtered and finally selected as the winners.

The ResultThe award ceremony was a huge success and “3 winning apps” were declared, along with the “Best University” for its commitment to its initiative. It was a tremendous opportunity for students to get a real experience in designing, developing and distributing a mobile app for consumers. To top it all, one lucky student won an all-expense paid trip to the visit the Nokia factory in Finland.

The LaunchWe handled the production and shipment of the mobile café cart to the KSA, Kuwait and across the UAE, management of the mall activations and the development of the interactive iPad app. The app was instrumental in driving the exercise and encouraged thousands of visitors to post their stories on the website. At the cart, complimentary bread with Nutella spread was served non-stop with free coffee while souvenirs were also handed out to visitors.

The ResultLoyal fans of Nutella truly felt the love and the appreciation they so deserved, which was the ultimate goal for this activity. The client was especially pleased since their key objective for the activation couldn’t have been met more precisely.

For Alpella’s Euro Trip campaign, we designed and created a concept that complemented their ATL campaign. The stand design was inspired by an airline terminal with the staff dressed to look like airline cabin crew.

We produced and designed a four-metre-high stand for Nestlé Dolce Gusto, capturing consumer attention with a giant version of the product.

We developed an ad campaign with the thought “Put a smile on a child’s face this Ramadan” and the slogan: “Drink Water, Give Water, with Oasis Water” complemented by adaptations such as megastand displays, flyers, posters, wobblers, tent cards, etc.

Oasis Scratch & Win Campaign

Oasis Water wanted to create a buzz in the market capitalising on “Helping Save the Environment” as a theme to build brand awareness, trial and equity, as well as establish Oasis Water’s brand positioning.

We came up with the slogan “You Save, Everyone Wins with Oasis Water” which gave the marketing communication enough legs. The campaign mechanics were easily communicated to the customers through the various BTL touchpoints.

The specially developed microsite gathered information on customers and gave out instant prizes which we produced. We also coordinated with all the prize winners including the “Green Home Makeovers” which were won by two lucky participants.
