Abilene, TX – January 7, 2012 — Pulaski Electric System in Tennessee has chosen the Milsoft

Electric Utility Solutions’ Geographic Information System and Field Engineering Software applications.

Pulaski Electric System is deploying advanced information technologies to help carry out its mission to

empower Giles County’s progress. Already a user of Milsoft Electric Utility Solutions Engineering

Analysis and Outage Management, the utility has now added Milsoft GIS to their Milsoft Engineering and

Operations System. “We will use the Milsoft Geographic Information Software to update and maintain

the detailed electric circuit model and facilities data that we need for the best possible planning,

operations and management,” said Pulaski Electric System Mapping Director, David Kelley.

Milsoft GIS software is used by some 150 electric utilities and consulting firms for electric utility mapping

and asset data management. The powerful yet easy to use software uniquely incorporates a detailed

electric network circuit model and is fully integrated with ESRI GIS tools. Milsoft Field Engineering

enables rapid, efficient collection and utilization of data from field design and engineering of system

additions and improvements. Milsoft GIS and Field Engineering together provide all of the data capture,

management and display capabilities that a utility needs to maximize the many benefits of using a GIS.
