Herts Good Care WeekIn Hertfordshire, we are proud of our social care workforce and the quality care that is carried out every day. This year, marks the first ever Herts Good Care Week, organised by Hertfordshire County Council and Hertfordshire Care Providers Association (HCPA) as part of a wider campaign to celebrate good care in the county. Herts Good Care Week is a chance to celebrate the profession and the great work that you and your teams do across the county 24/7, 365 days a year. With an aging population and increasing prevalence of dementia, there is an increasing need for a well-trained, properly rewarded social care workforce. In Hertfordshire alone, we have around 3000 care vacancies that need filling. Herts Good Care Week aims to help tackle this, and help you, by promoting the variety of roles available in the sector and reach people who might never have considered it before. Objectives of Herts Good Care Week are to promote the benefits and variety that a career in care offers to attract more people to the profession and raise awareness and celebrate the vital work people working in care do every day.

If this application is granted I hereby agree, on behalf of the Body referred to in 1 above, to accept responsibility for any damage we cause to the above area, to leave it in a clean and tidy state and to indemnify the Council against any claims by third parties, which may arise from the use.
