MISSION STATEMENTThe Publicity Center offers a full slate of services to promote campus events, programs and departments while providing real world experience to student employees through hands on skill development, professional mentoring and portfolio development.

We strive to deliver high-quality services and award-winning products to increase awareness and pride in CWU's student l ife programs; and to impact students' personal and professional development by providing an inclusive, creative and challenging environment in which to learn outside the classroom.

HOW WE DO ITFunding from S&A allows:

• Centralized office for design and marketing for campus programs

• Professionally mentored student employment and internships

related to majors

• Annual surveys of staff and clients to respond to changing needs

and programs

• Efficient use of S&A fees maximizes limited resources

• Students gain hands-on experience and build professional skills –

through employment AND through collaborative efforts

• Works with CWU Public Affairs to support university graphic,

editorial and media standards and guidelines
