Water TreatmentTreats over 16 billion gallons of water per year (over 40m gallons/day)– Around the clock analyses of water quality– Extensive regulatory requirements consistently met and exceeded
Water Pumping
Supplies clean water to over 350,000 people
– Evanston & Surrounding suburbs
Water Distribution– Maintains and repairs over 160 miles of water main

Sewer Collection System– Maintains and repairs over 180 miles of sewer main – Maintains, repairs and replaces as needed 5,000 manhole
structures and 8,000 drainage structures– Responds to basement backup and street flooding concerns
during rain events
Relief Sewer Program– Over $210 million– Over a decade to construct– Over 55 miles of relief sewer main – Direct impact on Quality of Life
