Directions to candidates 2.1 Applications on form Z83 with full particulars of the applicants’ training, qualifications, competencies, knowledge and experience (on a separate sheet if necessary or a CV) must be forwarded to the National Department/Provincial Administration/Government Component in which the vacancy/vacancies exist(s). 2.2 Applicants must indicate the reference number of the vacancy in their applications. 2.3 Applicants requiring additional information regarding an advertised post, must direct their enquiries to the National Department/Provincial Administration/Government Component where the vacancy exists. ANNEXURE A

DEPARTMENT OF DEFENCE NOTE : Applications must be submitted on the prescribed form Z83 (obtainable from any

Public Service department), which must be originally signed and dated by the applicant and which must be accompanied by a detailed CV (with full particulars of the applicants’ training, qualifications, competencies, knowledge & experience) and clear certified copies of original educational qualification certificates, ID document and Driver’s license (where applicable). Failure to comply with the above instructions will result in applications being disqualified.
