Principal Badge Congratulations to Zac B, Jacob P, Gabrielle P, Nelly I & Camila A who received their Principal Badge on 10 September 2020. The students received a small gift bag in lieu of the afternoon tea with parents. A recording of the presentation is on the school website. Fun Run The students are looking forward to the fun run this Friday. Thank you to Mrs Rees, Miss Morgan and Mrs Muldoon for organising this event. It will be a nice way to end the term for everyone. Restrictions remain in place that are determined by NSW Health, AHPPC and the Department of Education whereby parents, carers, family and friends are not permitted to attend the event including watching from outside the school grounds. We understand this is disappointing for everyone. Your cooperation and support to abide by this restriction will be greatly appreciated. Staff have been assigned to take photos which will go up on the school website and sent out through school stream for everyone’s enjoyment. Building Works The roof on the demountable will be finished early this week. What a difference the change has made to the look of the building. The only remaining job is the reconnection of the air-conditioning then it is ready for TeamKids to move into for the holiday program. Cubby House I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you on behalf of SNPS to Natasha, Jocelyn & the Cubby House team for their service and commitment to the students and families at SNPS. Their last day is this Friday 25 September. We wish them all the best for their future endeavours. End of Term Thank you again to the staff and our families for your commitment and support throughout the ongoing challenging circumstances we are all navigating. I know the students and staff are looking forward to their well-deserved break. Have a safe and happy holiday with your family and friends. Term 4 resumes for all staff and students K-6 Monday, 12 October 2020.

Out with the old and in with the new for KR, 1/2A & 5/6O. These classes all received new Promethean boards to replace the Interactive Whiteboards that were no longer

functioning. The students and staff were extremely excited to have them installed. Kindergarten Red children were very keen to demonstrate what they could do on it. Teaching and learning has been greatly improved with the use of the new boards.

Spring has sprung at TeamKids! Today is definitely going to rock as we embrace nature in Sticks & Stones. We’ll make our own DIY Campfire Necklaces, learn to press flowers & leaves and play awesome team games.

Today, we’re in for a hopping good time with the Feature Creatures show. We’ll come face-to-face with all sorts of lizards, frogs, insects & even a baby crocodile! Then, we’ll play the Meteor Shower Game.

Today, we’re exploring the colourful world of art! As a Mini Artist, you’ll create some pieces that are sure to be a stroke of genius. We’ll make Colourful Comics, Self Portraits & play Silly Art Games.

Our eardrums are in for a treat today with Rhythms & Beats! We’ll get to experience the sounds of Asia, Africa, the Pacific & more as we drum up some tunes. Then, we’ll get crafty with Wacky Whirling.

We’re the stars of the show today in Lights, Camera, Action! This drama themed day will see us making Pop Up Puppets, creating a Shadow Theatre, playing a few lively games of Charades & so much more.

Today, TeamKids is making music but we won’t need any instruments! We’ll learn to beatbox with a world famous beatboxer, Luke Cavalan. Afterwards, we’ll design some cool Monkey Pencil Toppers.

Olá & welcome to TeamKids Rio Carnival! Come & join in on the celebrations. Today, we’re transporting ourselves to Brazil as we create colourful masks, design a Sunset over Rio, play some Soccer Frenzy & more.
