Moss Park Revisions:

Revised Unit Count: 309 Revised COA #8:  The applicant must apply for a capacity encumbrance letter prior to construction plan submittal and must apply for and obtain a capacity reservation certificate prior to platting.  Nothing in this condition, and nothing in the decision to approve this preliminary subdivision plan, shall be construed as a guarantee that the applicant will be able to satisfy the requirements for obtaining a capacity encumbrance letter or a capacity reservation certificate. Revised COA #13:  Developer shall provide pedestrian connectivity to the Innovation Way South sidewalk from Park & Rec Tracts P3 and P4 at the time Tract FD02 is developed.

Moss Park Revisions: Proposed New COA #18: Within 150 days of approval of this PSP and prior to the platting and recordation of the plat of Phase 2 of the Moss Park PD, Developer shall cause the modification of the Conservation Easement granted to the South Florida Water Management District recorded in Orange County Official Records Book 08562, Pages 3365-3384 to allow for passive recreation within the conservation easement area. Within 30 days of the recording of the Amended Conservation Easement and prior to any construction, Developer shall convey to the County by Special Warranty Deed the northerly 4 acres of that area described as Wetland 20 in the above-described Conservation Easement and is contiguous to county-owned property, in accordance with County requirements, including but not limited to an acceptable signed and sealed legal description and sketch, Title Insurance Commitment evidencing the property is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances except the Amended Conservation Easement. The Developer shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with the conveyance.
