    After accomplishing the form, click Save to save the

    The only possible error after encoding the End of

    School Year (EOSY) Pupil Data is that if the data in

    the Number of Promotees / Graduates are higher

    than the number of enrollment as of March 31.

    Click Edit at the bottom of the EOSY Pupil Data

    page to edit the data and then save it again.

    the next tab, Causes of Dropouts.

    Availability of Water Supply and Electrical Supply. After

    accomplishing the form, click Save to save your data

    Teaching and Teaching Personnel. For Non Teaching,

    select the existing non-teaching position in the pull down

    menu and then type the data.

    teaching position using the pull down menu, and then

    type the data.

    teaching and teaching

    personnel, fill up the last 6data entries.

    Handling Grades 1-6 and

    others, in here, you onlyconsider the MTs and Ts

    position that actually

    teaching/working in the

    school, exclude thePreschool and SPED

    teacher Items. Then click

    SAVE to save the data.

    Click the TEACHER ASSIGNMENT TAB to correct the error.
