1. Objective
Objective of this document is to explain the detail of Safety & Health Verification (SHV) system. This system mainly records the passenger who want to go to the PTTEP site. Also, it can manage work flow to approve or reject passenger who doesn’t have the appropriate qualification.
2. Scope of Application
Safety & Health Verification (SHV) system is the system for requesting and recording the passenger information of PTTEP employee and contractor who want to go to the PTTEP site such as offshore site. This system covers the transportation both by air and water.
3. Job Role(s) Involvement
Roles in SHV
• “End User” is user who can request travelling for his / her self.
• “Requester” is user who can request travelling for other people under their company.
• “Approver” is user who can approve, reject, Temp banned and Blacklist the request

4. Key Glossary / Technical Term Definition
The following table is the definition or technical vocabulary used in this document
Item Description
Passenger User who can request travelling for his / her self. Requester User who can request travelling for other people in the same company. Safety Team User who can approve, reject, temporary banned and blacklist the safety training course document
from passenger request, including edit the period of valid time for the safety training document. Medical Team User who can approve, reject, temporary banned and blacklist the medical document course from
passenger request, including edit the period of valid time for the medical document. Marine Team User who can approve, reject, temporary banned and blacklist the marine document course from
passenger request, including edit the period of valid time for the marine document. Logistic admin User who in the last person that will approve, reject, temporary banned and blacklist the request
before sending the data to iLogistics system.

System Environment
SHV system is Web Application. The User can be use Web browser (Support Internet explorer version 10 or higher and Chrome browser) to open SHV Web Application.

• Enter URL https://shv.pttep.com
• Click on (1) “Register” or (2) Register a new passenger

- Country of ID Card / Passport
- Company (Your Company)
- Passport Number or Identification No.
- Click Next Button
Note: If you or passenger is Thai nationality, only Identification No. is required. Otherwise passport is required.
and If your company doesn’t have in the company list, please contact Admin for adding new to your company.

After fill in all information, please tick “I accept the terms of the License Agreement” to ensure that all information is correct and click submit button. Now your request will in the process of verification and also the system will send email to approver.

• Choose the request (2) to update

7.1.5 Cancel Request
You can cancel request when,
• The request not yet verify by any team.
• The request that was rejected by safety, medical or/and marine team

• Choose the request that you would like to cancel then click on the request number (2).
• Click the “Cancel Request” button to cancel the request.

This step is the same as passenger role.
7.2.2 Request for other passenger under their company
• Fill in Username (1), Password (2) for the requestor then click “Submit”

• Choose the country, location, transport type and then click “Next”

7.2.3 Update rejected course for passenger
This step is the same as passenger role.
7.2.4 Update new or expired course for passenger
This step is the same as passenger role.
7.2.5 Cancel Request
This step is the same as passenger role.
7.2.6 Report Course Expired
• This report will help you prepare to update expire course for your passengers.
• After login success click on Menu Report and Click on “Passenger Course Expired Date Report” (1)
