Singer looking for cover band/music sessions
I am looking for opportunities to take my love of singing a bit further and would like to
know if there are any cover bands looking for a singer/additional singer, or just a group of
people who get together from time to time to jam and sing for fun.
In terms of genres and styles I am quite open – but let`s say I mainly enjoy (and know) rock
and pop from the eighties through to the early years 2000. Examples of bands/artists of
which/whom I know a good deal of their repertoire include U2, Crowded House, The Smiths,
The Waterboys, Pearl Jam, Pixies, Coldplay, Nick Cave – but also ‘oldies’ like The Doors, Elvis,
Beatles etc.

COMMUNITY CHOIR
The British School of Warsaw COMMUNITY CHOIR consists of parents and teachers who
have a love of singing. There is no audition to join the choir and you do not need to have
previous experience or read music, just enthusiasm. The choir meets every Wednesday in
the school dining room at 7.30 pm until 9.00. Members sometimes bring a bottle of wine to
drink in the break!
The next rehearsal is next Wednesday 28th January - NEW MEMBERS WELCOME!
