PT. Jurong Engineering Lestari This year PT. JEL team had successfully completed the erection work of 128 MW Siemens steam turbine gen- erator at the Cikarang Listrindo Power Station in Ci- karang, West Java, Indonesia. PT. JEL served as mechanical, electrical & instrumenta- tion contractor for the Cikarang Listrindo Power Station Phase VC expansion project. PT. JEL scope was to install 128 MW steam turbine generator set, condenser and heavy lifting of generator with hydraulic jacks. PT. JEL provided the construction work for this project and executed the work by PT. JEL own team, from site management staff to supervisors and to general worker, all are PT. JEL direct hired personnel. This is the second directly executed project completed in Indone- sia. ISO 9001 is the most com- prehensive level of certifica- tion, accepted by 90 coun- tries around the world. It provides third-party as- surance that PT. JEL have the quality management to ensure all instrumentation and service are consistently of the highest quality. PT. JEL management, under Mr. Yap’s leadership, de- cided it was time to put in place some quality stan- dards that everybody in the company could follow as a guidelines. The implementation and audit process was con- cluded smoothly, thanks to the hard work of PT. JEL ISO team, PT. JEL now certified. PT. JEL Cikarang’s project site management team, lead by site manager Andri Nor- mansyah, and the crew posing in front of camera after the on-base of Generator completed smoothly and successfully.

It was PT. JEL first direct sales project in Indonesia to Mitsu-bishi Heavy Industries Limited for PT. PLN (Persero) as the owner.
