Our team also is having closed relationship with numerous government officials such as Investment Coordinating Board, Immigration, Manpower Planning Department and other relevant government bodies.
Our head office is located in Jakarta South business district, with 90 m2 office space and supported our branch office and its staff in BATAM. Office equipment, e.g. computers and its network, system software for management and operation information system, phone and fax lines, photocopy, furniture, operational vehicle, etc.

The package services including:
Identify specific need of your company and design the framework, including standard operation procedures and formation supported team
Auditing completion and validity all of current related supporting documents of the expatriates and the company Preparing and executing the application
Controlling time of preparing and processing the application
Keeping watch on the expiration date of each documents and builds the intensive communication with the expatriate and/or appointed coordinator to remind them
Managing files system in a properly way
Reporting on all activities and the result regularly on progress report
Pro-active to any changing of government regulations related to the outsourced commodity On behalf of the company, keeping close and good relationships with the respective government bodies and/or official.
Coordination
Coordination standards are overlooked in the outsourcing relationship in this area. To ensure successful coordination and to avoid misunderstanding between Customer and MITRA SentaBiz, both parties should have standard coordination such as preparing work orders, documents required, executing the job assignments, invoicing, filling and controlling. We will build a consistent communication chain between both parties. Therefore, Customer and MITRA SentraBiz need a single point of contact to coordinate the directions. Both parties need a written communication to track commitment and instructions have been made. Again, on our side this function will be handled by the project officer, and on the customer side handled by appointed coordinator.
Confidentiality
Confidential matter in this outsourcing area is not only necessary, but it is critical point for both parties to the success of the outsourcing. As a result, both sides must acknowledge that the company and outsourcer has developed and owns valuable proprietary and confidential information. MITRA SentraBiz must not in any way make use company proprietary and confidential information as a consequence of services or duties performed by the outsourcer and the company to any person or other parties except the expatriate themselves and/orauthorized person in writing by company.
Outsourcing Contract
It is not easy to define in as much detail as both parties need to be, but we design the agreement to accommodate and allow for the addition of service levels during the term of the contract, which is reflected Customer need and the changing company policies. A part of our interest point in the outsourcing contract is the length of contract, and we provide a reasonable and convenience length of contract for both parties to exit in case the relationship becomes inconvenience for both parties.
