The board met recently to plan activities for the coming year. Dates were set for the teacher's luncheon to be held on Sept 15 and the annual carnival Oct. 17.
Mrs. Ralph Wodard. ways and means chairman, has been holding weekly meet ings getting items ready for the carnival.
During July a paper drive was held. Money collected from this project goes to school parties. Movies will also be shown during the coming year on Saturdays.

Wearing peau de soie gowns and carrying bou quets of white gladioli, with a touch of blue, were her at tendants. Cheryl Chiaudana, maid of honor: Linda An- derson and Jacque Byrley, bridesmaids Cheryl Holmes, also in a blue gown, was flower girl and Danny Kim ple served as nngbearer.
The bridegroom chose Dale Kinyon as best man. Don Sims and Doug Naps were ushers. All were in U.S Navy uniforms.
The bride attended the University of Washington and now attends California College of Commerce The bridegroom serves with the United States Navy on the I'SS Hector, stationed in Long Beach
After the honeymoon, the couple will reside in Lomita.
