What is the rarest, most exhilarating and most productive human activitypossible? Momol? Nah. Eating everything in the buffet? Maybe not... andmaybe it is actually having true teamwork. Every business wants to harnessthis incredible energy that we create, but achieving such a level of motiva-tion and esprit is not always easy. Our group is a testament to this.

A team is not just a group of individuals who work at the same place or have the same org to be identified with. Actually, a real team is made up of have the same org to be identified with. Actually, a real team is made up of people who may be unequal in experience, talent, or education, but who are equal in their commitment to working together to achieve goals and good of the organization, to each other and to the general public

With this in mind, I hope that everyone retains one thing common among our batch. Friendship amidst adversity. Cherish what you have because they say it is better than being along to rot.

IDAFPS. An oft said phrase but do we really understand it? I could go on a full litany about IDAFPS, explaining to you what it means, how it feels, et cetera, et cetera, but I don’t want to do that. I don’t want to spoil IDAFPS for you. I’d rather you feel IDAFPS on your own, and when you have finally reached the peak of IDAFPS, tell me how it feels. It’s an awesome feeling, I can tell you that.can tell you that.

To part, I thank you for giving me the assurance that even after I’ve left PsychSoc, when I’m finally a VOPS, the org I have come to love so much will be left in good hands. When it’s your turn to finally take charge, take care of PsychSoc, BOPS 2012! I’m counting on you guys! Never mind naysayers; know I trust you, and know you can do it!

I just want to say congratulations because you guys can finally call yourselves POPS. It was a really difficult process and you guys were able to tough it out and prove yourselves worthy of being called members. Anyway, Psych Soc basically became my home when I got into college so I hope it will do the same for you. Now that you are members, you guys can really see for you. Now that you are members, you guys can really see what goes on within the organization and I hope you guys really take advantage of that. I cannot really express how proud I am of you guys for getting through the entire thing, and I know for a fact that all of you guys deserve it so please do not defer sa induction hahahaha. Anyway I really suck at writing messages sorry basta I am really proud of you guys and welcome to the Psych Soc family! I m sorry my message and welcome to the Psych Soc family! messagesYou’ve come a long way since I first met you guys back in July. I clearly remember the days when Polo would tell me that you guys were scared of me because appa-rently, nakakatakot pala ako, and then I’d be a little worked up about it and talk to Jan. Looking back, it’s actually kind of funny because, hello, sa lahat ng taong kakatakutan ninyo, ako pa!

A lot has changed since then.

Yung mga iba sa inyong natatakot sa akin dati, aba, akalain ninyo, nakikipagga-Yung mga iba sa inyong natatakot sa akin dati, aba, akalain ninyo, nakikipagga-guhan na rin sa akin kasama yung ibang POPS! Leche... HAHAHA joke lang! I’m just really glad that a lot of you have warmed up to me, one way or another.

But enough about me and more about you.

Well, first things first, I’d just like you guys to know how proud I am of all of you. I’d like to congratulate you for making it through the rigors of the application process. I know it wasn’t an easy journey for you but hey, you made it, so give yourselves a pat on the back! You deserve the sincerest congratulations.pat on the back! You deserve the sincerest congratulations.

Know, however, that your PsychSoc journey doesn’t end with your induction. Where your journey as BOPS ends, your journey as POPS begins -- and trust me, it’s not going to be an easy journey either. Laging sinasabi, Mas mahirap maging POPS kaysa maging BOPS. This statement is partly true and partly false. True, because being a POPS entails a lot of hard work, sacrifice even. That extra one or two hours of sleep might sometimes be eaten up by the work you have to do for this org. It can get stressful, I wonget stressful, I won’t deny that, so be prepared. However, this is also false because, ideally, by the time you’re full-fledged POPS, you have already imbibed the ideals of IDAFPS enough to actually love what you’re doing simply because you’re doing it for PsychSoc.
