No. 07 Introduced by Senator Rodel “Henry Sy” Navarro RESOLUTION INFORMING HIS EXCELLENCY, THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES, THAT A QUORUM IS PRESENT IN THE SENATE, AND THAT THIS BODY HAS ENTERED UPON THE EXERCISE OF ITS FUNCTIONS FOR THE FIRST REGULAR SESSION OF THE EIGHTTEENTH CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES Resolved by the Senate, That His Excellency, the President of the Philippines, be informed that a quorum is present in the Senate, and that this Body has entered upon the exercise of its functions for the First Regular Session of the Eightteenth Congress of the Philippines.
