344 CANMIST and 305 E CANMIST handle the extreme temperatures and 

pressures of high speed band sawing.  They are thermally stable and 

resist oxidation with no smoke or tacky residue.  344 CANMIST is used for 

steel, stainless, Inconel, titanium and other hard to cut metals.  305 E 

CANMIST is recommended where ferrous and non‐ferrous metals are 

interchanged and is especially effective in cutting aluminum.

a minute quantity of 

lubricant is dispensed on 

the saw blade just prior to

System controls include a T60 Posi‐pump with 

two manifolded injection meters (one for each side 

of the blade) mated to a pressure regulated air 

manifold and mounted in a steel enclosure.  A  

simple pneumatic timer controls the pulse rate of 

the injectors.  System air is actuated with an electric 

air solenoid valve and includes a coalescing filter 

with auto‐drain and air pressure regulator.    

A half gallon gravity feed liquid reservoir  is more than enough to 

supply hours of production cutting.  A strainer is included to remove fluid 

contaminants.  A shut‐off valve is also included to 

ease maintenance and cleaning.   

Biaxial hose carries the liquid and air side by side to the spray block.  10 feet of hose is standard.        

A mounted assembly specifically for bandsaws mixes liquid and air to spray both sides of the blade.  

Air flow at the mixing block is individually adjustable. The result is an even coating of the blade with no 

overspray, mist, or fog.
