The following pages contain a selection of projects I have worked on
from 2007 up to now. Thank you in advance for taking time to go
through it.
All of the projects I worked on were usually as a part of a team.
The collaborative nature of the projects were essential to their
success. I have always been a major contributor towards the design
process and my designs, sketching and graphic skills have helped me to
do so. I have also been actively involved in all aspects of preparing the
construction documents and construction administration.
All projects that I have done as a designer at Speedway Properties for
9 years and as an architectural designer at Engineering International are
exclusively my work.
All the graphics, renderings and sketches in all the following projects
have been generated by me unless otherwise noted.
Speedway Properties developed the former Tool House complex
at the northeast corner of 8th and Q Streets in the Historic
Haymarket. The project included retail/restaurant bays at street
level, outdoor patio seating, new awnings, and lower level
daylight spaces along the west side of the corner building. Upper
floors include 68 new loft apartments with an attached walkway
to the Haymarket Parking Garage. I worked on this project from
pre-design and programming through schematic design and
design development, assisted in construction documents and
construction management .
Tool House Project, Lincoln, NE
This project was the most challenging project. The
building is located in downtown Lincoln. The first
floor renovated to tenants spaces, and the upper
floors were converted to small one and two
bedroom loft apartments.
I worked on this project from pre-design and
programming through schematic design and design
development, assisted in construction documents and
construction management .
Cadillac Lofts Project, Lincoln NE
This is a four-building complex formerly occupied by the
Salvation Army at the southwest corner of 8th & P Streets in
the Historic Haymarket. Speedway acquired the property in
2003 and has gradually redeveloped these buildings into
active offices and retail. I worked on different phases of this
project. Including tenant improvement spaces, new west
addition from concept to design development, assisted in
construction documents and construction management .
Former Salvation Army Project, Lincoln, NE
Former Rosewood/Ramada Inn Hotel Project, Lincoln, NE
This is the redevelopment of the
former hotel site at the I-80 and
Cornhusker Hwy Interchange near the
Lincoln Airport. The renovation was
included. Enclosing the existing drive-
thru canopy and constructing a new
tower structure building footprint.
Erecting a small addition at the West
elevation and a new facades on the
North and the South elevations. I
worked on this project from pre-
design and programming through
schematic design, design development
and construction documents and
assisted in construction management.

Examples of Conceptual Design and Proposals
1830 L ST Proposal, Lincoln, NE
Proposal for a drive-thru building located at the
intersection of 19th and L Street along the
proposed Antelope Valley Expressway. I worked
on this project proposal that required
coordination between the developer, the tenant,
and the City of Lincoln to ensure the design
complies with the new downtown standards and
is constructed in a way that allows the roadwork
project to continue without interruption to the
site.
Subway Restaurant project close to former Rosewood Hotel, Lincoln NE. I worked on this project
from pre-design and programming through schematic design, design development and
construction documents and assisted in construction management .
Subway Restaurant Project, Lincoln, NE
This project was a renovation space and facade along the
proposed Antelope Valley Expressway. I worked on the
project schematic design, the building was demolished
later in 2015.
1820 P Street, Lincoln ,NE
Conceptual illustrations for the development of 48th and Madison St. Proposed by Speedway
Properties, a new building that contains commercial spaces at the ground level and residential on the
upper levels. I worked on this project to prepare presentation materials for the proposal.

6038 Havelock Project, Lincoln, NE
Approved proposal for
modifications of an historical
building to the storefronts and
provision of railings for the out-
side dining. The work included
renovation of the first floor and
the basement. I worked on this
project to assist in getting
approval from historical
preservation and prepare
schematic design, design
development and working
drawings.
Pershing Center Proposal, Lincoln, NE
Proposal submitted by Centennial Partners to convert Lincoln’s Pershing Center Arena into
student housing, retail stores and parking. I worked on this project to do site analysis,
programming and assisted in doing feasibility study, schematic design and presentation materials for
the proposal.
Proposal of Liner Building between N & O St. Lincoln, NE
Proposal submitted by Speedway
Properties for Redevelopment of
Liner Building for the
Lumber-works Garage, located on
the east side of Canopy Street,
between N and O Streets. The
proposed project will be a mixed
use building. My work was to
prepare conceptual drawings,
reflecting the vision of Speedway
Properties in how to develop the
site.
Block 4 , West Haymarket Area, Lincoln, NE
Proposals for Redevelopment of
Block 4 in West Haymarket,
bounded by Arena Drive, N
Street, O Street and Canopy
Street. The proposed project of a
mixed use building. My work was
to prepare conceptual drawings
reflecting the vision of Speedway
Properties in how to develop the
site.
