Black Friday is traditionally thestart of the holiday shopping
season but it’s important to note thatthe actual holiday of Thanksgiving isn’t about shopping, gifts orcommercial interests.
Thanksgiving is about family, friends, sharing food and reflecting onall that is good in our lives.
I am so grateful, not just this time ofyear, but year-round, for the point atwhich I find myself in my life.
I have built a successful businessthat has enabled me to give back to mycommunity. As a 25-year resident ofSanta Monica, I care deeply about ourtown. I am privileged to sponsor ourwonderful Franklin Elementary School,Roosevelt Elementary School,
Lincoln Middle School and Santa Monica High School.
I am so grateful to be able to sponsorthe Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica,Santa Monica Little League and Santa Monica Girls’ Fastpitch.
I am fortunate to be able to sponsorthe Wounded Warrior Project and itsgood work nationwide.
I am greatly privileged to serve as an Advisory Board Member ofwww.Residocracy.org. We formedResidocracy in early 2014 to combatthe over-development of Santa Monicaand have enjoyed important successes. We continue to work hard to enable theResident’s voice to be heard by thedecision makers at City Hall. I’mthankful so many residents have cometogether to celebrate the city that welove and work towards preserving itsmost treasured qualities.
Last, but certainly not least, are thewonderful clients I’ve had the honor torepresent over these seventeen years. As a realtor, I take great pride inhaving helped clients find the homesthat now house their holiday
celebrations. The memories that aremade this time of year are treasured fora lifetime and I’m thankful to have somany clients become ongoing friendswho are near-and-dear to my heart.
