FAQs
YES Students are covered for the insurable activities from the day they start training. They are recognised as “trainees” by the Insurer.
NO Scope of Practice activities for a Provisional REP do not require them to have been assessed against a UoC in order for the Scope of Practice to be covered by insurance.
YES Students should be completing professional practice under the supervision of an appropriately qualified and registered exercise professional.
YES Students registered as provisional can be in paid employment while training and be covered by this insurance policy.

FAQs
YES Students will receive insurance & REPs registration information at the end of their Provisional REPs period in order to upgrade to full REPs credentials.
NO Students will not receive a renewal notice for Provisional REPs registration. After 12 months we expect they will have achieved a full qualification and will want full REPs Level 1 credentials.
YES RTOs may choose to register all their students who enrol in a course; or, provide an ‘opt-in’ option on enrolment forms and ask the student to add $40 to their fees.
YES We will only be marketing this through RTOs wishing to partner with Fitness Australia and offer their students smooth & supportive entry into the industry.
