The Key Concept to BizXpress Success
All BizXpress solutions are fixed scope and pre-configured. There is no
configuration work or changes to a configuration during a BizXpress project.
There is no deviation from this policy.
However, specific refinements to a system can be made to allow for
personalization and modifications based on organizational requirements.

BizXpress Cloud Deliverables Include:
• Fully configured instance of In Scope Applications - In scope products up and ready to operate in the Licensee production
environment
• BizX Maturity Assessment and Maturity Alignment Readout - A set of business questions that may help identify the best
practice functionality to be deployed through BizXpress. Note: BizXpress RM and EC are foundational best practice solutions and
are not organized into levels of maturity. Therefore, for RM and EC the assessment exercise helps determine the scope and
breadth of the foundation and baseline and the areas of concentration.
• BizXpress Product Demonstration Presentations - Narrated interactive video presentations of the best practice configurations
and opportunities for refinement.
• One-time Data Migration Process - Instructions and templates that may allow Licensee to migrate data from legacy systems
prior to go-live.
• Administrator and User Training Collateral including Quick Reference Guides - Interactive presentations and Quick
