Proverbs 11:28 He that trusteth in his riches shall fall: but the righteous shall flourish as a branch.

Proverbs 3 5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths. Don’t overthink it.

If the Bible says it’s good, it’s good.

If the Bible says it’s wrong, it’s wrong.

29 He that troubleth his own house shall inherit the wind:

He brings trouble on his wife and kids, and God brings trouble on him.

True for wives too.

Many ways to trouble a family.

29b and the fool shall be servant to the wise of heart.

God expects parents to provide for their kids.

God expects our homes to be a refuge of peace,

A place of joy.

Anyone who wastes God’s Provision will end up with nothing and dependent on someone wiser.

Anyone who troubles his family is a fool.

Nothing less will do.

30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

This is speaking of influence:

We need to lead others to a better life.

It’s a sorry thing to not only go wrong yourself, but to lead someone else astray.

Be a good example.First for your family, then friends, co-workers.

31 Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner.

Whatever we choose will have its own reward.

Choose wisely and well!Choose to serve God through Jesus Christ.

Choose to love and be kind; especially family.Choose to work hard and work smart.

Choose to be content.

Choose to be happy by thinking and doing right.

Philippians 4 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

Think right and do right.

Jesus will fill your soul with joy and peace.
