You won’t find us at lighting trade shows, which helps us stay 100% client focussed. We spend the money saved on travel costs (UK / EU / ROW) for any professional designer who wants to visit us in this beautiful factory. Intrepid visitors can enjoy overnight accommodation in the factory itself. We also host #HWA (Health Wellbeing & Adventure) events - experience the factory, meet other designers, engineers, architects and explore our stunning Pennine scenery by walking, cycling or wild swimming.

Alternatively, we can visit you by plane, train, bike or foot. Wondering what happened to #TheVan (our kawaii mobile office, showroom and demo space which hosted ‘micro hospitality’ workshops, film screenings and more)? SAMPLES
We can make and ship samples of standard or new product combinations to any address, anywhere in the world in days not weeks. We use a CNC process to create case inserts from 100% recyclable cardboard (not unrecyclable foam).
FULL DIGITAL
Skype, Facetime, appear.in, phone, email, WhatsApp, FB messenger, SMS, Twitter and beyond are effective fallbacks for anyone who is short on time or just digitally inclined.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
We take our responsibilities to the next generation to the next level. All packaging (boxes, envelopes, fill, tapes, labels and inserts) has been 100% paper based for nearly a decade. In 2009 we launched a scheme to incentivise local school children (then London, now Yorkshire) to collect empty cereal boxes (we pay generously, per kilo) from which we create our business stationary. It’s a unique and fun way to share our love of design, print, typography, community activism and the environment.
