Introduction:

• During a visit to the UK in Oct 2011, Gary Hockly (Ivohealth owner) was first introduced this unique new sports therapy product.

• Seeing the huge potential as a first to market in SA, Ivohealth has imported the Physicool range to extend their offering in quality health care products.


The product

Description:

• Physicool is a unique new range of stretchable, reusable bandages that combines cooling, compression, 360 degree coverage and support.

• Because Physicool works by drawing heat out through rapid evaporation, as opposed to most other products that work by driving cold in, it is highly effective and quickly reduces swelling and pain.

• Physicool gives instant treatment for inflammation and bruising of muscles, tendons and ligaments combined with a long lasting cooling effect, even after the bandage has been removed. Just one full treatment lasts for 2 - 3 hours.

The product

Physicool to the test:

• Extensive research and testing of Physicool was carried out over a two year period. Our latest results were taken using advanced thermal imagery technology.

• By applying Physicool to the lower leg area the temperature was reduced by 40 degrees Fahrenheit in 20 minutes.

• In total, a reduction of 50 degrees Fahrenheit was recorded as the temperature continued to drop over the initial 30 minute period, where it stayed for the remainder of the 2 hours. Once the bandage was removed the area continued to stay cold for over an hour thereafter, giving the athlete approximately 3 hours of pain relief.

• Physicool has been used on thousands of individuals covering a wide range of disciplines, all of whom have found it to be an

excellent source of relief.

1 x Physicool Cooling Bandage completely re-usable and gives instant access to cooling, compression and support. This provides instant treatment for inflammation and bruising of muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Size A: 10cm by 2m: Suitable for wrists, knees and ankles.

2. Physicool Cooling Bandage B (PHY004)

1 x Physicool Cooling Bandage completely reusable and gives instant access to cooling, compression and support this provides instant treatment for inflammation and bruising of muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Size B: 12cm x 3m bandage: Suitable for elbows, thighs and shoulders.

3. Physicool Combination Pack (PHY002)

Physicool Combination Pack gives instant access to cooling, compression and support this provides instant treatment for inflammation and bruising of muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Combination Pack: contains size A bandage and 150ml coolant for 2 recharges of bandage.

4. Physicool Spray 500 ml (PHY003)

Physicool Coolant allows the Bandages to be recharged by spraying the coolant directly onto the bandage whilst it is in position on limb. This provides instant treatment for inflammation and bruising of muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Coolant 500ml: gives up to 7 recharges of bandage.
