FeaturesDescription
REC2 is a 2 or 4-pole earth leakage switch associated to a compact motor and control set that enables the automatic and safe re-closure of the installation, provided that the leakage is not permanent. Output contact available in REC2C model
The earth leakage switch is reclosed auto-matically, in accordance with the work mode selected (switch on the front):
}} Time sequence mode: after a switch trip, REC2 will make 6 reclosing attempts, with a timer set at 10, 20, 30, 60, 120 and 600 s. If the set can not be reclosed, it will be blocked in a trip status until it is reset manually.}} Insulation monitoring mode: after the
switch trip, REC2 repeats the previous se-quence, but it measures the presence of leak-age current in the installation before carrying out the reset. REC2 will only reclose when the insulation measurements are correct.
There are LEDs on the front part of the con-trol module to indicate the operation status:

Application
Said relays are connected to a contactor or similar element to guarantee the level of self-reclosing earth leakage protection after a trigger. It is very easy to install, so that it is the adequate solution for installations that require the use of earth leakage protection systems as a result of their location or posi-tion in a determined site, which makes them hard to supervise or access: lighting panels, telephony installations, television repeaters, refrigeration chambers, etc.

MCB-P or MCB-T are circuit-breakers that combine the functions of a circuit breaker (overload and short-circuit protection) and those of a contactor on the same element.
There are two options with MCB:
}} Closed circuit-breaker: Allows remote control functions (contactor function). It can be disconnected and reconnected electrically with the adequate signal.}} Circuit-breaker opened by an overload or
short-circuit trip or by manual disconnection: remote control reset is not allowed, only ma-nually.
The remote control function works on the same contacts as those of the circuit break-er, guaranteeing the disconnection in each case.
The MCB-T type includes a remote con-trol module with two auxiliary, potential free (three-wire) contacts that indicate the status of the MCB at the input of the remote con-trol (contactor function) and/or the circuit breaker.

Application
The WRGMT groups can be used to make safety compatible with the continuity of the service in remote installations or installations that do not have the usual maintenance staff. They guarantee the overload and earth leak-age protection with a self-reclosing system after a trigger, both in the case of an earth leakage and overload trip.
It is a very good solution in installations in special locations that are hard to monitor and guard: telephony installations, television re-peaters, refrigeration chambers, etc.

The WRGMT group acts as an overload (overload + short-circuit) and earth leakage protection system with earth leakage and overload reclosure.
The nominal current of the overload protec-tion is determined by the type of MT (up to 63 A) or MT-FDE used.

They are an essential accessory for protec-tion and automatic circuit breaker and earth leakage reclosing system, and for external connection/disconnection control.
Features
Description
The RECmax P series are 2- and 4-pole cir-cuit breakers connected to a compact motor and internal control unit that enables auto-matic reclosing system.
After triggering, the switch reconnects follow-ing a sequence of 3 reconnections, with 3 minutes between resets. If the unit is not able to reconnect after 3 attempts, it remains trig-gered until a manual or remote reset is made.
They can also be connected remotely to an external control. It has two inputs that through voltage-free external signals, order the open-ing (input O) and subsequent closing (reclos-ing system) of the automatic switch (input I) .
They function as protection against short-circuit and overload, and can also be used as a remote circuit breaker.
The switch status is indicated by LED signals on the device’s front panel. An green ON LED indicates that the device is in service; a red OFF LED indicates that the device is triggered.
A TEST/RESET of the device can be per-formed by pressing a button to check the trig-gering and then reset the device.
It also has two single-contact outputs for sig-nalling the status and the cause of the open-ing and closing of the automatic switch (trig-ger, manual/Test).
