Lean Introduction
Lean Manufacturing Principles
The principles of Lean manufacturing and thinking, provide a
method to specify and add "Value" while combating "waste",
referred to as " Muda " (The Japanese word). Waste is the result of
the over use of any resource required to produce a product or
deliver a service. Waste is also identified as idle time where no
value is being added to a product or service.
" It provides a way to specify value, line up value creating actions
in the best possible sequence, conduct those activities without
interruption whenever someone requests them, and perform them
more and more effectively. In short, lean thinking is Lean because
it provides a way to do more with less and less :

Our Unique courses are
1) PG Diploma in Lean Six Sigma The course duration is one year. The first 6 month is Six Sigma black belt course and other 6 month Is Lean Expert.
The candidate can appear the web based examination after first month and before the
end of six month for the first semester.
For the second semester the examination can be taken between Eighth and twelth month.
The time & location is as per the convenience of the candidate.
The exam consists of 100 multiple objective questions and candidate should get
Minimum 50% marks to qualify in the examination. The duration of each examination is 3 hours.
After clearing both the exams the candidate will be awarded with PG diploma in Lean Six
Sigma.
The candidate should make his own arrangements to attend the examinations whichare Web based

Candidate should complete the assignment given by the faculty and subsequently clear the

After successful completion of training, assignment and exam the candidate will be awarded with Master Black Belt.

account of administrative and other constraints. If a course is dropped before
commencement of the programme, students will be refunded all fees paid by
them. If a course is dropped in the middle of the programme due to
