granted minority Status on

18.08.1998 vide No. 1149,

further conflrmed by the Hon'ble

High Court, Patna and Hon'ble

Supreme Court of India.

(e) Affiliation and Grant-in-Aid :This College has permanent

afflliation up to degree level and

is fourth grant-in-aid minority

institution in the state but it is

flrst College in Bihar which

was given grant-in-aid Status

by legal battle which was

conflrmed by the Hon'ble High

Court, Patna and the L.P.A. against

this status was quashed by the

Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

50% of seat is reserved for the existing students at AIC.

They will receive 20% rebate in the administration fee.

Wards of all below poverty line- Yateem, Moazzin / Pesh Imam, Rekshaw / Thela Pooler, Labour, Bidi worker and Local Journalist, who are not covered under scheme of Govt. or College help facili�es i.e. Scholar-ship, Award, Bursaries, will get discount in admission upto 20% in total on produc�on of valid document.
