0481:Mod Title: Amendment to AQ Values Present within Annex A of the CSEP NExA AQ Table Following the 2013 AQ Review

Why change?

There has been no change to the CSEP NExA AQ Table since 2012

These values were based on output from the 2010 AQ Review

The CSEP NExA AQ values are the basis of the transportation charges issued by the iGTs

Current values are, on a weighted basis, more than 7.6% higher than those produced following the 2013 AQ Review

Options

A UNC Modification is the only route to updating the CSEP NExA AQ Table.

Solution

Replace the current CSEP NExA AQ Table with the revised table

Revised table is produced annually as a result of iGT030Table has been produced on the same principles as that for

UNC 0328 and IGT040VAs a result no development is required

Recommended Steps

The Proposer recommends that this modification should: (delete as appropriate)

Not be subject to self-governance because it will have a material impact on competition and affect iGTs’ revenue

Proceed to consultation because the methodology has been developed previously under iGT030 and modifications UNC0328 and IGT040V were implemented under the same rules for determining the new average AQ values
