Proposed New North Beach Tower Plans for the first new tower in an oceanfront resort since 2006 have been approved and you are among the first to know! On November 16, 2015 the city of North Myrtle Beach approved The Villas at North Beach, a proposed 120 unit tower to be built in North Beach Plantation - the Grand Strand's newest and best luxury master-planned oceanfront community. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of the first proposed new oceanfront development we've seen in almost 10 years.

Even though the project has yet to be formally released, there is obviously very strong demand. Take a look at the price/availability grid at the end of this article and you’ll see why it is imperative that you contact me immediately if you think you may want to purchase. Most of these will be one bedroom condos but there will also be a two bedroom floor plan in addition to the four different 1BR floor plans. condos in North Beach Towers are selling in the low $400s and the 2BRs are selling in the mid $500s. Conventional financing will be available (not condotel financing). The condos will feature 8.5 FT ceilings, climate-controlled corridors, and upscale fixtures, flooring, etc. similar to the condos in the Towers. One end of the new tower will be attached to the parking garage so owners and guests will be able to walk directly to their condos from their parked cars without having to use the elevators. There will be a pool and other water elements at the new building and of course owners and their guests will have access to all the great amenities which make up North Beach Plantation - a 2.5 acre oceanfront pool complex, a state-of-the art fitness center, the largest and best spa on the Grand Strand and much more. The condos and homes at North Beach Plantation make super primary residences or second homes. They have also proven to be great vacation rental properties. In fact, this is one of only five AAA Four Diamond-rated resorts on the entire Grand Strand. As I alluded to earlier, this development has not been formally announced and it does not show up in MLS or on any of the national online real estate sites. There has not been a press release and the general real estate agent population on the Grand Strand has not yet been notified. At this time, there is a good selection from which to choose but I expect this to change quickly once sales begin.
