Sub: Proposal for Redevelopment of Multiple Properties situated at Kamathipura

The proposal for landlords of properties situated at Kamathipura is as follows :

1. The landlords of buildings having more than 20 certified tenancies will be given 20 sq.ft carpet area (including fungible area) per tenancy or 4.75 sq.ft carpet area (including fungible area) per sq.mt of plot area , whichever is higher.

2. The landlords of buildings having 14 to 20 certified tenancies will be given 400 sq.ft carpet area (including fungible area) or 4.75 sq.ft carpet area (including fungible area) per sq.mt of plot area , whichever is higher.

3. The landlords of buildings having 10 to 13 certified tenancies will be given 300 sq.ft carpet area (including fungible area) or 4.75 sq.ft carpet area (including fungible area) per sq.mt of plot area , whichever is higher.

4. The landlords of buildings having 5 to 9 certified tenancies will be given 200 sq.ft carpet area (including fungible area) or 4.75 sq.ft carpet area (including fungible area) per sq.mt of plot area , whichever is higher.

5. The landlords of buildings having 2 to 5 certified tenancies will be given 150 sq.ft carpet area (including fungible area) or 4.75 sq.ft carpet area (including fungible area) per sq.mt of plot area , whichever is higher.

A detailed list of carpet area to be given to each landlord as per information provided to us is enclosed herewith but the list and the entire proposal is subject to the following:

i. The buildings must be cess buildings.ii. Verification of tenancies as per inspection extract of the year 1995-
