Project A: The UAEs Fittest

WHAT Dubai’s first citywide Fitness Test – An inclusive event getting as many sports clubs as possible involved in a 2 day fitness challenge to crown UAEs fittest man and woman.  

WHEN February 2012 WHERE JBR Beach – The Walk PROPOSED DIVISIONS AND LOGISTICS •  Competitive Individual – Men’s and Women’s (18+) ; Juniors ; Team – 4 athletes (2 Men + 2 Women) •  Recreational Individual – Men’s and Women’s (18+) ; Juniors ; Team – 4 athletes (2 Men + 2 Women)

SETUP: 8 – 10 athletes compete at the same time PARTICIPANTS: Total of 56 athletes (28 men, 28 women) Exercises to include Olympic Lifts, as well as endurance disciplines like swimming and running. HOW DO WE GET THE WORD OUT DUPLAYS will contact all the fitness providers to get them to contribute in the event planning as well as promote the event to their communities.

The events will be the base for a future inter-university league across Dubai and the UAE We will be targeting not only the athletes but also proactively incentivizing all students to register to maximize communication

•  SOCIAL PLATFORM: DUPLAYS will create a specialized platform to gather the UAE's athletic student body and its fan base following, online and offline, through the universal language of sports.

EXPOSURE This an opportunity to have continuous brand exposure with an active demographic. BE THE FIRST to be known as the partner of organized team sports for students in the UAE. LONGEVITY Instill long-term recall of your brand and increase chances of brand recollection that extends beyond academic years. Project D: City Chase WHAT CityChase is a unique urban adventure that requires teams of two to search for ChasePoint challenges scattered throughout their city 2-person teams will run, walk and use public transit, GPS, use mobile phones to call for assistance and access the internet, and even employ the help of total strangers to complete this urban challenge WHEN March 2012 WHERE Dubai, UAE PARTICIPANTS 300 teams (600 people) TARGET DEMOGRAPHIC Participants - 50:50 male: female 60% 25-34 YOA; Media – 22<44; Male and Female division

BRANDING Each city typically reaches between 500 to 2,000 participants, but sponsors will reach far more people through direct interaction with members of the general public and significant spectator exposure at high profile ChasePoints. Brand marks incorporated into the name of the Series as the official “Presenting Partner” as well as into all advertising, promotional media and communications (including all e-mail promotions and correspondence) BENEFITS DUPLAYS sees City Chase as growing into a yearly event with the opportunity to expand to other cities in the region after the inaugural event DUPLAYS has the rights to the international City Chase events in the Middle East.

Project E: Street Cricket WHAT A 2 day Street Cricket Tournament featuring 12 teams battle is out for the finals. WHEN April 2012 WHERE Dubai, UAE PARTICIPANTS 12 teams (maximum of 10 players per team) TARGET DEMOGRAPHIC Participants – Men’s only Age group: 25-34

LOGISTICS First day will see all initial games played. Second day

will be immediate knock out and finals.

The game will last 8 overs; bowlers to bowl a maximum of 1 over and batsmen to bat a maximum of 2 overs.

BRANDING Be part of a unique event in the UAE and get your brand name out there. Tap into our already existing cricket member base to maximize attendance. Benefit from our social media presence to communicate with your target market.

Project F: Street Basketball Tournament WHAT A 2-day 3 on 3 basketball tournament featuring youth clinics and training sessions. WHEN April 2012 WHERE JBR – The Walk PROPOSED DIVISIONS 5 divisions to 10 divisions – Boys/Men: U12, U15, U18, U22 (Uni), Men’s A, Men’s B; Girls/Women: U15, U18, Women’s & Mixed division GENDER Male and Female division EXPECTED FOOTFALL 700 participants; 2000 attendees per day YOUTH CLINICS 150 participants OUR EXPERIENCE DUPLAYS organised a very successful NBA Jamfest in 2010 which saw over 500 participants and footfall of over 2000 people. BENEFITS Basketball is a popular sport amongst the Arab and Filipino community. You will also get the opportunity to engage

with a large number of university and school students.

Project G: Golf Nations Cup WHAT Par 3 Nations Cup WHEN April 2012 WHERE Dubai Creek Golf Club or Emirates Golf Club LOGISTICS 4 rounds of 80 minute Par 3 Golf Tournament with 36 participants per round. PARTICIPANTS 140 participants over the course of the day in

teams of 4 NATIONS Participant enter representing their country. BENEFITS Golf is a popular sport among the UAE population and will give your brand the opportunity to communicate with the more affluent demographic.

Project H: The UAE’s Inaugural Indoor Run

WHAT Dubai’s first indoor running event! Escape the heat of the summer and run a 10km race in the largest Mall of the World WHEN May 2012 WHERE Dubai Mall PARTICIPANTS Open to all ages; Up to 500 runners GETTING INVOLVED LONG TERM Get fit in the build up to this amazing event by sponsoring a DUPLAYS organised running club. ADVERTISE Approach retail shops to have targeted shop window displays

ENGAGE Promote and create brand awareness with large scale advertising throughout the mall.

EXCITE Getting people fit and excited about athletics especially with the London 2012 Olympics just around the corner. What better way to do this than by holding a unique event in the worlds largest mall. EXPERIENCE Be part of the first indoor run in the UAE

Project I: Football Nations Cup WHAT Football Indoor 5-aside tournament WHEN June 2012 over 2 days VENUE Dubai Mall Ice Rink (covered surface)

NATIONS Inviting teams from across the UAE to Dubai to represent their countries! Multiple entries for one country are possible. OUR EXPERIENCE In July 2010 DUPLAYS organized an event for 350 participants and 48 teams for the Gillette Nations Cup Football Tournament. DEMOGRAPHIC: Ages 8 – 50+ Members are young, affluent professionals, athletic NATIONALITIES Capture an international audience CAPACITY 1,200 people can be seated in the Ice Rink plus spectators in the mall BENEFITS Football is a popular sport in the UAE and will create a lot of footfall. Organizing Youth Clinics and games will also allow you to interact with a large range people.

Project J: London 2012 Olympic Quest

COMPETITION The Quest will take place over the course of 6 months, in the lead up to the Olympics. THE CHALLENGE is to take photos of yourself doing as many Olympic disciplines as possible. For every entry submitted you receive one chance to win a trip to London in 2012. The more Olympics Sports you do, the better your chances to win.

THE CONCEPT is to run a region-wide online competition to have a lucky winner to go to the Olympics. By getting people talking about Olympic Sports and trying them, your brand is directly involved and engaged with its people.

SOCIAL MEDIA Tag yourself on the Facebook page for a chance to enter the competition to win a trip to the Olympics!

Project J: Olympics Quest

VENDORS DUPLAYS will contact vendors and facility suppliers in the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Lebanon to establish relationships and negotiate discounts. The extensive list will be available to everyone and published online.

ONLINE The designated website for The Olympic Quest will have a list of all Olympic disciplines and the vendor list available for download.

THINK BIG The entry to the competition is done online and is therefore open to people from the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Lebanon

THE SIGNATURE EVENT The final event will be held at Dubai Mall Ice Rink. An artificial surface is laid over the ice to create a great space for activities. This sports expo will showcase different Olympic disciplines such as taekwondo, fencing and judo and many others. Spectators can participate and try the different sports.

THE WINNER The winner of the 6 month quest will be drawn at the final event in the Dubai Mall and will win an all expenses trip to London 2012 to see the Olympics.

Our Leagues: Weekly organised leagues

DUPLAYS run weekly sport leagues offering many different sports and skill levels. Participants play once a week over a period of 8-10 weeks.

NO HASSLE DUPLAYS manages facilities, administrators and equipment. All participants need to do is show up.

EASY REGISTRATION The backbone of DUPLAYS is our website. Registration for all leagues is done online.

THE SEASONS Seasons run four times per year; January, April, July, September GENDER Separate men’s, women’s or mixed leagues are available.

SPORTS Our current leagues include American Flag Football, Badminton, Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Bowling, Cricket, Football, Golf, Netball, Softball, Swimming, Touch Rugby, Ultimate Frisbee and more.

LEVELS All skill levels are welcome in our leagues; we run beginner, recreational and competitive leagues. INCLUSIVE Participants can sign up as a team or as an individual.
