Season The resort is open March 1 to November 30. All annual site rents are due January 1 of each year. Prorated if leased during the season of lease only. If a seasonal tenant wishes to use their site during the off season they will be allowed to as long as they pay the monthly transformer fee of $28.00 per month per transformer and their electrical cost. There are 14-transformers on the property.
