CREV HISTORY

The management division of Capital Real Estate Ventures, Inc. (CREV) was formed in 2003 by Randy Rivera through the acquisitionof Trans Ameri Company, a local San Diego management company. Trans Ameri was formed in 1994 and quickly became a leader inprofessional property management services in San Diego. Trans Ameri focused on multi-family properties in the Hillcrest,University Heights, North Park, Normal Heights and City Heights areas of San Diego. The second major emphasis for the companywas providing quality maintenance and repair services to existing accounts as well as third-party customers. These focal points areprevalent today as CREV continues to manage many of the original properties in central San Diego and has a full-time contractorand M&R technician staff.

With a long standing and successful career with Marcus & Millichap, Randy’s desire for more personalized client interaction led himto the creation of a niche boutique firm. His vision was to incorporate a management company with his brokerage firm; therebyfacilitating the client’s ability to invest, manage and protect their real estate investments.

Since forming the management company, Randy has incrementally grown our property management portfolio through securingmanagement accounts of select property owners. Randy’s primary goal is to focus on constantly building and improving strongrelationships with our clients as opposed to constantly building up our portfolio.

Today, CREV specializes in the management of Office, Retail, and Multi-Family properties located here in San Diego as well as acrossthe nation including Arizona, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas.

CREV’s management portfolio includes 25 single-tenant investment properties, 13 multi-family residential properties, 19commercial shopping centers, and 3 office buildings consisting of over 1,347,836 square feet.

He consistently ranked in the top 10 retail brokers nationally. In 2003, Mr.Rivera founded and is the President of Capital Real Estate Ventures Inc., which consistently ranks as one of the top20 brokerage firms in Southern California. He personally has closed more than 500 transactions in excess of 2 billiondollars throughout his real estate career. His client list includes institutional clients, national developers, corporatetenants, pension funds and high net worth individuals. Background InfoMr. Young is a descendent from a very experienced real estate family and himself, has over 10 years’ experiencein commercial and residential real estate. From there Mr.Young spent just under two years with H.G. Fenton managing a 140 unit luxury apartment community and alsoserving as financial and developmental underwriter for their new business division.
