NG Chartered Surveyors

Rent CollectionWe raise all invoices and ensure that rents are collected rapidly and on time, We provide monthly or quarterly Landlords Statement reports to clients, taking action for recovery where necessary.

Insurance & Risk ManagementWe liaise with your broker to place buildings, contents and public liability insurances, assess reinstatement values and recover premiums from tenants. We oversee Health & Safety, Fire and other environmental risks to ensure our clients are fully compliant with current legislation.

Service Charge ManagementWe produce service charge budgets detailing proposed expenditure for the year, together with an explanation of changes on the previous year. Demands are issued to tenants and monies collected. Service charge accounts are reconciled and audited following the year end.

Tenant ManagementWe all know it’s good to talk. We treat tenants like customers including regular meetings to help us identify issues and create solutions before matters become serious. We offer a Dispute Resolution Service to our clients including Mediation services.

Supplier PaymentsSupplier invoices are checked and approved. A weekly payment run ensures that valid invoices are paid by BACS within 5 days of receipt. Good supplier relationships and tight control over individual property cash flows are key to effective property management.
