Finding the right financing can be a challenge in Belize. If you don’t have the cash to pay for a property outright along with the stamp tax or closing costs you’ll need to obtain fi-nancing through one of our local banks or look for an owner or developer willing to finance part of the purchase price. In many cases the financing they are offering is at better terms then you’ll get at the bank, plus it will be less hassle. Here are the top properties that I have right now were you can get in for very little money down and start to live your dream of owning property in the Caribbean. Mainly you’ll find vacant land under this section since its easier to get the seller to finance vacant land then improved properties but there are a few completed condos here as well.

Ambergris Woods Subdivision - Lot #10

Description: This lot is in a great location just 2 blocks from the west side beaches of Ambergris Bay. A great area for swim-ming and for watching the sunsets. The lot sits in a private subdivision of only 37 building lots with a unique circular road layout. Description: Don’t let the term “Lagoon” scare you off.
