Feb 2014 MGM Resorts International Promotional Cards Promotional cards support events and marketing programs by driving guests to our properties, incentivizing them to spend within our enterprise. They are loaded with amounts between $10 - $10,000, can be used across multiple MGM Resorts International properties or limited to single locations. Cards can be loaded with amounts larger than $10,000, but proper IRS documentation must be submitted in accordance with your property policy. 1. Complete the Promotional & Event Card Request Form. To obtain a copy, contact Meriel Jimenez at [email protected]. 2. Finalize details of the program with Partnership Marketing. 3. Submit approved card artwork (specs outlined in the Promotional & Event Card Request Form). 4. Ensure that all terminals included in the program are “swiped in” (see Gift Card Handbook for instructions on swiping in terminals). 5. Test outlets not included in the requested program to ensure that they are inactive. Promotional Cards Steps for Creating a Promotional Card Program Promotional Cards produced in quantities fewer than 2,000 are billed at $2.00 per card, are considered on-demand, and will be delivered within five days of receipt of final and approved artwork. Promotional Cards produced in quantities greater than 2,000 are considered bulk production, and will be produced within six weeks of receipt of final and approved artwork. Bulk cards pricing as follows: 2000-5000 $1.55/card 5001-10,000 $1.50/card 10,001-100,000 $1.45/card 100,001+ $1.35/card Promotional Cards loaded with amounts greater than $150 shall not incur any production charges.
