PRESENTATION

The Foundation is a non-profit paritarian organization, created byvirtue of the National Collective Agreement of 1992.

The Board of the Fundation is composed of 26 members in representation of the trade unions and 26 members in representation of the entrepreneurial associations.

EMPLOYMENT

GOALS

Management of the Foundation isdecentralized, distributed in 17 Regional Councils.

STRUCTURE

Budget for the year 2010: 94 mill. €.

The two most important sources of financing are:- Company`s levy: more than 115.000 companies pay an annual levy

that ammounts to 25% of the total budget.

- Public grants (national and regional), that amount to 70%.

Services and activities generated by the Foundation makethe remaining 5% of income.
